Cancelling a session within two hours of the appointment time or no-shows will result in a loss of that session. For Home Visits, this window is extended to 24 hours before the appointment time.
Expiration Policy
5-Packs expire 6 weeks after the date of purchase. 10-Packs expire 3 months after the date of purchase.
Lateness Policy
Lateness will not be refunded in the form of payment or session time. Please arrive on time!
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds. Sessions are not transferable.
Plan Change Policy
If you’d like to switch from a discounted Group plan to a 1-on-1 plan, you may do so by paying the difference in price.
Group Policy
Group sessions are used regardless of how many members of the group are present. If one or more members is missing for a session, they will lose that session.
