Nutrition is just as important as exercise when it comes to sculpting your body.

How much you eat matters for your specific goal way more than exercise. Everyone has a different body composition. Some have more muscle, some have more fat, while others have a little of both. A big reason people lack results is because they don’t know how much they should be eating in order to meet their goals, or how much to adjust as they progress.

Here’s how this applies to you:

If you think “My goal is to be fit and healthy,” that’s not all that exciting or specific. Consider: What does it look like and feel like to hit that goal? How much muscle or fat do I need to lose to be where I want to be? If you have an image in your mind of looking in the mirror and seeing your Dream Body, then that is a good start.

Macronutrients

Using macros, you’ll learn how to easily portion your intake without having to quit eating your favorite foods! By purchasing the Nutrition package, I’ll explain to you exactly how macros work, and personalize your macro planning for the month.

Evolving Goals

Your macros will change as your body changes, which is why the Nutrition package is monthly. We will keep updating your macros as your goals change, such as weight loss vs. muscle building. Additionally, even if your goal is the same, your macros will need to change in order for you to keep progressing. Otherwise, you will plateau, which can be very frustrating.
